This posting is not for a room to rent but rather for a roommate to share a spacious home in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The renter will have her own room (12ftx12ft) and private bath (shower and tub). She will have full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, office (3rd bedroom), patio and grounds (11,000 sq. ft). Off street parking is available on wide driveway. Bedroom is furnished with canopy bed, oversized chair and mahogany dressers (but can be vacated). Family and living room have plank-style oak floors and a bay window that overlooks the garden. The kitchen has custom-built oak cabinetry and elevated ceilings and skylights. The house entryway was newly re-landscaped by a professional landscape architect and the house is maintained by professional gardening and cleaning services.
