I am subleasing my apartment.
It is 1Br and 1 Living room.
Located in Curtner Ave in palo alto. The room is really nice.
If you want to sublease you have to pay for 1000 deposit to me, and you can withdraw the deposit for the landlord. In addition, I have to transfer my furniture, include the two desk, many chair, one bookshelf, one mattress..., All these is 200$. You don't need buy anything. Total is 1200$ as deposit.
