Our apartment is 1100 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large deck (see attached floor plan). The master bedroom is very large with a walk-in closet. The overall layout is open and spacious, with a living and dining room and lots of storage space. The apartment comes furnished with desks, dressers, bookshelves, dining set, couch, coffee table, and twin beds (these must remain in the apartment throughout the entire sublease period).

It's located in the Sharon Green apartment complex in Menlo Park (link to community info below). The complex is quiet, clean, well-maintained and home to many Stanford affiliates. It has a large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and laundry facilities. It's also 2 miles from the center of campus, across the street from the SLAC shuttle stop, and right next to the Sharon Heights shopping center (24-hour Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, restaurants, etc.).

We're looking for someone to sublet the entire apartment from June 30 - August 18. The rent is $2600/month with a $600 refundable security deposit. The amount for the entire sublease period is $3900.
