Very spacious room w/ensuite and walk-in closet (in 3br/3ba)

We are one professional (male) and one post-doc (female), looking for a third (and fourth if couple, +$300) housemate. The room is carpeted with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, in an amicable and clean home. It is unfurnished and available April 1. Lease for the entire apartment renews July 1.

Our apartment is close to groceries, Nealon Park, and downtown in a safe and friendly apartment complex. We are a less than 10-minute walk from Safeway, Trader Joe's, and downtown Menlo Park. It is a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford campus and close to both Menlo Park and Palo Alto Caltrain stations.

We share a large living and dining area and kitchen, and there is coin-operated laundry downstairs. Utilities and internet are about $80-100/month.

If you're neat, responsible, moderate in volume, and get along well with roommates, this could be the place for you! No drama queens/kings please. Non-smokers only, well-behaved pet(s) allowed.
