$800 or $950 for furnished tiny homes (located behind main house). Bathroom is shared. Month-to-month terms + first/last/deposit (3 month minimum). Rent is all-inclusive, including utilities and high-speed wifi (1Gbps). Access to kitchen and house common areas included. Quiet family atmosphere, must like dogs; no overnight guests or smokers.
