WANTED: HELP FIXING SKATEBOARD WHEELS/BEARINGS

I just bought a cheap skateboard, but I hate the wheels. I'm a beginner at skateboarding, and I'm wondering if it's possible to change the bearings/trucks/wheels to newer nicer longboard wheels so that my board is easier to ride.
I really don't know any skateboard part technology, and I have no tools.

I'm looking for someone who can help advise me on what kind of bearings/wheels to buy, and then I can pay them to help me modify my board. I need this done within the next week, and the sooner I can fix my board the more generous I will be with the financial compensation.
