Hi there!
Wanting to live in SF but can't quite face the housing prices or the lack of personal space? Finding it hard to justify spending almost 40k a year on rent just to live in the city??? We couldn't agree more so we are looking to lock in a really nice 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Bayview Heights at the Ashton San Francisco.
We are looking for 1-2 people to go in with us on a stunning apartment in the Ashton, San Francisco. The Ashton offers large 2bed/2bath apartments (1592 ft) with luxurious spaces. Also included is a free shuttle on week days to the Bart and Cal train. We are both in our late 20s/early 30s from New Zealand and will be both working in the Financial District. We are wanting to move in the next 2-3 weeks though we understand we will have to lock in this place sooner if we want the great price or the unit.
The rent (without utilities) is currently around $1921/room. We are happy to look into other units though our upper budget (without utilities) is $2300. We will consider anyone who is interested but are ideally looking for young professionals in their mid 20s to mid 30s (couples or singles welcome) who have a stable job and are wanting to live somewhere close to the city. We want people who want a nice relaxing place to call home and know how to keep common areas tidy. We are both very laid back, respectful of space but enjoy occasionally sharing a meal or a bottle of wine with any housemates. We have a lot of furniture (except a couch and your own room furniture) so we could almost fully set up a place.
If you are interested in talking to us and getting to know us a bit we can exchange Linkedins and personal emails and Skype. We haven't signed anything yet as it is a lot cheaper if we all sign up at the same time (avoids $400/pp fee).
Please send a brief description about yourself/yourselves and we will be in touch! Here is the link to the property for more photos and info:
