Well located 4 br house & studio with great housemates

Hey potential roommate! We are looking for new housemates for our Sunnyvale home.
Location: Right off the Sunnyvale 101! A short 13 minute drive to google, 24 minute drive to Stanford and an 8 minute drive to the Nasa AMES center. Its in a very central location for anyone working in the Peninsula/South bay and is close to DT Mountain view, which has a lot of bars.
In unit washing machine and Dryer. Multiple refrigerators. Driveway spots & street parking available
The rooms: Rooms range from $1125-$1450. Most rooms will be in 1200s range with large master bath in higher range.
The 1450 room (master bedroom with private bath) is furnished with a bed! One of the other rooms comes with a desk as well.
Roommates: Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professionals, mostly working at Stanford or other local tech companies, who want to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home.
You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation.
We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don’t like living in the house.
Logistics: Sign a 6 month lease originally with a 45 day trial period in case its not a good fit. Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
