Hello, Future Friends!

I am looking to rent a room in our house for $1,320 per month in Redwood City. It’s a beautiful area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have 2 miles from Downtown Redwood City and Caltrain Station. nearby and public transportation as well. Cleaners and wifi are included in the cost of utilities.

You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is a non-smoker, and someone who enjoys vibing out with everyone in the house.
