Comfortable, furnished private room and bath available in home of Stanford employee. Specific information below:
- Stanford Affiliates only (will be required to send copy of invitation letter)
-$1350 per month; prorated for partial months; short-term only.
-Large fully, furnished room with bath, across the hall. Includes all bedding and linens. Room includes: queen size bed, 2 night stands, dresser, closet with storage for clothing, suitcase, etc.
- bath shared if I have another tenant or house guests.
- Wifi access included.
-shared use of kitchen (light use).
-washer and dryer available for use as needed.
-no overnight guests.
-I have a cat, so pet friendly is a must. No other pets allowed.
-driveway parking, in case you have a car.
-prefer no shoes in the bedroom, but ok otherwise in the house.
-no smoking.

-$100 cleaning fee at end of stay.
- $500 deposit required for stays 3 months or longer.
- easy, flat 5 mile bike to campus or some possible carpooling to Stanford if days/schedules are compatible.
