Working Bay Area professionals living together - Room available to ren

We're a fun loving group of Bay Area young professionals. We work in a wide variety of fields, have a wide variety of hobbies, but all enjoy living and sharing space together as friends. We're losing one of our members and would like to replace them with a community-minded individual.

7bedroom, 4.5bath. <p>Spacious, beautiful home in the heart of Redwood City. Walking distance to the CalTrain and downtown Redwood City, which has grocery stores, shopping, theaters, restaurants, and bars. Mars Haus is only a few minutes drive to the El Camino Real and 101 Freeways.  The house has built-in speakers in the kitchen for listening to music while cooking, a large mounted flat-screen TV and wet bar in the living room, and comes fully furnished! The yard is well-kept and will be regularly serviced!</p> We're less than 1 mile to the Redwood City Caltrain Station and downtown area, Safeway, Philz Coffee, Peet's Coffee, Fox Theatre, Cinemark, Box Inc., El Camino Real and 101 Freeways. Our room will be opening up April 1st for 1,350.
