Xbox 360 Elite w/ 4 Games and 1 Controller - $350 OBO

I am interested in selling my 360 Elite and four games

1. Grand Theft Auto 4

2. Call of Duty 4

3. Condemned 2

4. Assassin's Creed

I also have 1 controller for the machine, and all the original cables, manuals, and box.

The machine is in pristine condition. I just never use the thing anymore and would like to get rid of it. I am willing to take any and all reasonable offers. Serious bidders are welcome to come by and take a spin on the machine as well, to confirm that it works well.
