LEASE
- Lease: August 1, 2012 - July 30, 2013
- Rent: $960/mo for 1 bedroom with private bath
- Additional costs include utilities, gardening fee, and possible expense of hiring common housekeeper.
- First and last month rent, with deposit TBD.
