Significant strategy, operations, and complex project leadership experience is required. We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic right hand to the Founder & CEO of a fast-paced, creator-led entertainment and media company. This individual will translate the Founder’s vision into clear priorities, lead strategic initiatives, and drive alignment and accountability across creative, business, and operational teams. The ideal candidate understands the intersection of entertainment, talent, brands, digital content, and audience—and thrives in a culturally current, entrepreneurial environment. This is not an administrative role. The Chief of Staff must move seamlessly between strategy and execution while bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a highly creative business. · Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to the Founder & CEO. Translate the Founder’s vision into priorities, operating plans, and measurable goals. Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. Establish timelines, clarify ownership, and drive accountability across teams. Prepare the CEO for key meetings, decisions, presentations, and external engagements. Anticipate issues, competing priorities, and organizational risks. Determine what requires the CEO’s involvement and what can be resolved independently. Improve communication and alignment across executives, creative teams, and operational leaders. Oversee special projects spanning content, talent, partnerships, brands, and operations. Evaluate new opportunities and synthesize information into clear recommendations. Create systems and operating rhythms that improve efficiency and execution. Represent the CEO internally and externally with sound judgment and discretion. Build trusted relationships with talent, executives, partners, and external stakeholders. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion. · Qualifications Significant experience as a Chief of Staff or strategic right hand to a Founder, CEO, or senior creative executive. Direct experience within entertainment, media, or a closely related creator-led business is required. Strong background in strategy, operations, management consulting, or complex project leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead high-priority initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. Deep cultural fluency across entertainment, talent, digital media, brands, creators, and audience behavior. Understanding of how creative, cultural, relational, and commercial priorities intersect. Ability to work credibly with creative talent, executives, partners, and senior stakeholders. Exceptional judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Highly resourceful, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity. Able to introduce structure without slowing the pace or compromising the Founder’s vision. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professional maturity. Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or consulting experience is a plus. · Ideal Background The strongest candidates will bring a combination of entertainment or media experience, Founder or C-suite partnership, strategy, and complex project leadership. Relevant backgrounds may include creator-led media, production, talent, branded entertainment, digital content, or a culturally influential agency or platform.
