➞Please let me know your email address so I can send you the check-in instructions, which include a PDF file and detailed pictures. Since doesn’t allow hosts to share PDF files or certain images directly through the platform, I’ll need to send them to you by email for your convenience.

➞ The full Bathrooms are shared with guests from other rooms.

➞ The kitchen is equipped with basic tableware and utensils. Please clean and return items after use to keep things tidy for everyone.

➞There are two houses, 27 Upham St and 112 Webster St in Malden, located just a few blocks from each other. The amenities are similar or the same at both locations. Depending on availability, you may be assigned to either house. We will confirm the specific house and room before check-in.

➞There are several rooms in the house, while your room may not be the exact one shown in the photos, it will have the same or similar layout, furnishings and amenities. All rooms are clean, comfortable and designed to provide a consistent guest experience.

➞If you have a car, street parking is available in Malden. Please note that parking is not allowed during street-cleaning days, which are the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month.
Please check posted signs and city regulations when parking to avoid tickets or towing.

➞Check-Out: Please leave the key on the desk or on the door. Please make sure the room is left unlocked when you check out.
