The space
Private, clean, and big bedroom (with private entrance and patio, walk-in closet and bathroom) on the 1st floor in a large and spacious 3 bedroom house with big front and back gardens that you can enjoy during your stay in sunny LA!
Guest access
You can access the garden, your bedroom, living room, kitchen, and the laundry room.
During your stay
I'm always here for my guests. They can always ask me where to go around, come with me to hikes or yoga. They can also come with me to entertainment industry networking events that I attend regularly.
Other things to note
Owner has film production company and works out of house during the day in the back office. Has meetings with other creatives and talent, so enjoys a peaceful environment between work hours of 10am and 6pm. Filmmaking classes are sometimes held on the premises. The classes are 2 hours long and renters are welcome to attend at no charge.
