The space
The unit is attached to the main house but completely separate and private with a private entrance and private yard and the previous access to the main house is walled off. There is no access from or to the main house other than through their respective front doors. However, it is an old structure and the walls are not sound proof. This is also the reason for the only one guest rule.
Guest access
The place is entirely yours and private. No shared areas other than the walkway from the street.
Other things to note
Please note that due to allergies, neither pets nor service dogs can be accommodated.
Also, this is for one person only.
Smoking, candles, vapes or incense is not allowed inside or outside on the premises and violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property and if noticed afterwards, will result in increased cleaning fees.
