Cozy, Rustic Loft with Mid-Century Modern Vibe

Relax in this stylish, eclectic loft located within a secluded compound in a historic area of Los Angeles. Unwind in the shared, spacious outdoor lounge with distinctive plant life, completely private from the street but close to major highways. On-the-street parking is available for cars right outside the compound.

This is for adults who would like to enjoy this urban oasis for work, sleep and hanging out, its also a SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT, NO PETS, NO EARLY CHECK INS OR LATE CHECKOUTS.

This loft is situated in the corner of the compound with french doors that open up onto the common outdoor space. There is a full kitchen with a small under counter refrigerator and an island with 2 stools for eating. The living space features a smart TV, two Corbusier leather chairs for watching television or sitting and talking. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower with a glass enclosure. Outside in the Bar Shed there is also an Honor Bar that has drinks and snacks, and coin-operated washer and dryer in the Laundry Shed. There are several outdoor sitting areas for lounging, talking and a fire pit area that can be turned on by notifying host.

Guests have their own private loft but the outdoor common areas like the fire pit and sitting areas can be used by other guests, chances are you will rarely see the other guests. A tall fence with a gate separates the compound from the street and is locked at all times, only guests with keys can access the locked compound. There is free, on-the-street parking, that is usually abundant and available right out side the compound with no parking restrictions.

If you would like to have guests, please check in with host about plans. Any guests visiting should leave premises by midnight, and quiet time in the outdoor shared spaces is 11pm.

The loft is located in the Rose Hills neighborhood, an ethnically diverse residential and commercial area. There are a few businesses, dining spots, and Debs Park within walking distance. It's a burgeoning and quickly growing area.

Los Angeles is very spread out and while there is a limited Public Transportation system, it's easier to get around with a rental car or ride sharing app (Lyft or Uber). The compound can also be accessed with public transport to and from LAX airport via the Public Metro Bus 79 or 78 and the FlyAway Bus. The Flyaway Bus can be taken from LAX to UNION STATION ($9.50 each way). From Union Station, walk out to Mission Road and catch the Metro Bus EASTBOUND 78 or 79 heading toward El Sereno, Alhambra, Pasadena for $1.75 each way. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the compound.
