During your stay
We are respectful, friendly, and fully respect your private space, especially since we work from home during the day. While we are around the house and happy to chat or share local tips in the shared kitchen or living areas, we entirely follow your lead on how much interaction you prefer. You will also get to share the home with our sweet, rescued small dog, Raki, who loves saying a quick hello. To maintain a productive and relaxing environment for everyone, we keep a very peaceful household with designated quiet hours and a no-overnight-guests policy.
Other things to note
We warmly welcome guests of all genders, ethnicities, races, and religions—everyone is welcome in our home!
To keep our historic space safe and comfortable for everyone, we have a strict no-smoking and no-candles policy anywhere inside the house.
We also ask that you follow our no-shoes policy and remove your footwear at the entrance.
When using the kitchen, please remain present while cooking to ensure safety and prevent burning things.
Laundry is available on an honor system at $3.50 per washer load and $3.50 per dryer load.
Because we work from home and care deeply about the planet, we highly encourage environmentally friendly habits, such as keeping showers under 5 minutes, turning off running water while scrubbing dishes, and shutting off lights and electronics when not in use.
