Basic furnishings include a new bed, bed frame, bedding, refrigerator, night stand and a lamp. Most rooms have a vanity sink. There are multiple shared bathrooms and showers spread throughout 4 floors and they are cleaned daily. We have a brand new shared kitchen just renovated. Laundry and snack vending is on the property. First month's rent and a half month security deposit due at move in. Weekly rates are also available.
