I'm subletting my fully furnished apartment in central Menlo Park (5min walk to downtown, 10min bike to campus) on a quiet street because I'm not using it at the moment.
I've been here 4 years and it's ideal for Stanford affiliates or visiting students/researchers.

- I have some personal effect in the photos which I would clear out, but would leave anything you need to live in (including kitchen implements like pots, pans, etc); can leave plants too if desired (and you promise not to kill them)
- The apartment has 4 big built-in closets: one in the bedroom, one in the hall, one in the living room, and a pantry in the kitchen
- it comes with a garage, with one space inside and one outside
- price include wi-fi and renters insurance; PG&E would be on top depending on usage
- I have a great cleaner who could come every two or four weeks for $100
