HEAT Camp offers an immersive career exploration opportunity for incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students interested in health professions. Within the Ohio University Zanesville nursing labs and simulation center, students will work through interactive, hands-on activities to learn and practice various nursing skills.
OHIO Zanesville is also partnering with Genesis Healthcare System as professionals from various hospital departments join us on campus to share the science and skills utilized across other healthcare disciplines.
Camp participants will receive prizes and healthcare resources to take home.
Lunch and snacks will be provided.

Space is limited to the first 25 applicants. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to the participant's parent/guardian along with required camp forms and consents.
