Welcome to the Sausalito Room, a comfortable and thoughtfully furnished first-floor private en-suite designed for traveling professionals, extended stays, and guests looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place to call home.

The Sausalito Room features a queen-size memory foam mattress, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay productive or unwind after a long day. Your room also includes a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests have full access to the home’s spacious, fully stocked shared kitchen, equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking and meal preparation. The property also features two full-size refrigerators, providing plenty of food-storage space for longer stays. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, along with household essentials including paper towels, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent.

For your convenience, the home includes on-site laundry facilities and is professionally maintained. Our cleaning team services the home’s shared spaces twice per month, helping keep the property clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Guests who would like additional service may also request optional private room cleaning and turnover service for an additional fee.

Parking options include dedicated garage parking for an additional monthly fee, subject to availability, as well as complimentary street parking.

Welcome! Our goal is to provide a clean, quiet, comfortable, and professional shared living environment for everyone staying at the property. Because multiple guests may call this home at the same time, we ask everyone to be respectful of their housemates and follow the rules below.

By booking and staying at the property, you agree to the following House Rules.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Please keep voices, televisions, music, phone calls, kitchen activity, laundry, and other noise at a respectful level during quiet hours.

Many of our guests are working professionals with different schedules, so please be considerate of others who may be sleeping or working.

VISITORS & OVERNIGHT GUESTS

Visitors are permitted between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

No overnight visitors or unregistered overnight guests are permitted. Only the guest(s) included on the reservation may stay overnight at the property.

Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors while they are on the property. Visitors must also follow all House Rules.

PRIVATE ROOMS & BATHROOMS

Each guest has a designated private bedroom and dedicated private bathroom.

Please use only the bedroom and bathroom assigned to your reservation. Do not enter another guest’s bedroom, bathroom, or designated private area without their express permission.

KITCHEN & SHARED REFRIGERATORS

Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped shared kitchen.

The home has two full-size refrigerators to provide additional food-storage space. Please use only the refrigerator, pantry, cabinet, and storage areas designated or labeled for your room.

Please do not use, move, or consume another guest’s food, beverages, condiments, or personal belongings.

After cooking:

• Wash, dry, and put away dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
• Wipe down countertops and cooking surfaces.
• Clean the stovetop after use.
• Do not leave food or dirty dishes in the sink.
• Properly store or dispose of leftover food.
• Clean up spills immediately.

Please be especially considerate when cooking late in the evening or early in the morning.

TRASH

Kitchen and common-area trash is a shared household responsibility.

If a trash can is full, please do not continue piling trash into it. Tie the bag securely and take it to the larger designated trash container.

Please dispose of food waste and other trash promptly to help prevent odors and pests.

COMMON AREAS

Shared spaces are for everyone’s enjoyment.

Please clean up after yourself and leave common areas in the same condition you would like to find them.

Personal belongings, shoes, bags, clothing, boxes, food, and other items should not be left in hallways, the kitchen, living areas, or other shared spaces.

Please keep personal belongings inside your room or within the storage areas specifically assigned to you.

LAUNDRY

Guests have access to the shared laundry facilities.

Laundry detergent is provided for reasonable household use.

Please remove clothing promptly when a washer or dryer cycle has finished so the machines remain available to other guests.

Do not leave laundry sitting in the machines for extended periods.

Please keep the laundry area clean and remove lint from the dryer filter after use.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

Professional cleaners service the home’s shared/common areas twice per month.

The cleaning service does not replace each guest’s responsibility to clean up after themselves between scheduled cleanings.

Private bedroom cleaning and room turnover services may be available for an additional fee upon request.

Cleaners are not responsible for washing personal dishes, doing personal laundry, organizing personal belongings, or cleaning excessive messes left in common areas.

HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES

We provide household essentials for reasonable use during your stay, including items such as:

• Coffee and tea
• Paper towels
• Dish soap
• General cleaning products
• Laundry detergent

Please be considerate of other guests and avoid excessive use or removing shared supplies from the common areas.

PARKING

Free street parking is available where legally permitted.

Dedicated garage parking may be available for an additional fee and must be reserved in advance.

Only guests who have specifically reserved a garage space may park in that designated space.

Please respect neighboring properties, driveways, fire hydrants, posted restrictions, and all local parking regulations.

SMOKING & VAPING

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.

This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping devices, and similar products.

Please do not smoke near open doors or windows where smoke can enter the property.

DRUGS & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Illegal drugs and illegal activity are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

PARTIES & EVENTS

No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

This is a shared residential home intended to provide a peaceful environment for registered guests.

Please do not invite groups of people to gather at the property.

PETS & ANIMALS

Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance.

Guests traveling with a service animal should communicate with us as required so we can appropriately accommodate the stay in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.

FOOD IN BEDROOMS

Please avoid leaving open food, dirty dishes, or food waste inside bedrooms.

Food should be properly sealed and stored to help prevent ants and other pests.

The Monterey Room includes a private mini refrigerator for added convenience, but food should still be properly sealed and the refrigerator kept clean.

TEMPERATURE & ENERGY USE

Please keep exterior doors and windows closed whenever the heating or air-conditioning system is operating.

Do not tamper with thermostats, HVAC equipment, electrical equipment, internet equipment, cameras, locks, routers, or other property systems.

Please turn off lights and electronics when they are not needed.

DOORS & SECURITY

Please make sure exterior doors are completely closed and secured when entering or leaving the property.

Do not share your personal door code or property access information with anyone who is not an authorized guest.

Do not allow unknown individuals into the property.

MAIL & DELIVERIES

Packages and food deliveries are permitted.

Guests should ensure deliveries are addressed correctly and retrieve packages promptly.

The property and hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Please respect the belongings and privacy of every guest.

Do not borrow or use another guest’s belongings without permission.

The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property.

FURNITURE & PROPERTY

Please do not move furniture, televisions, appliances, beds, desks, or other major furnishings without prior approval.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their visitors beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Please notify us promptly if something is accidentally damaged or if you notice a maintenance issue.

We would much rather know about a problem immediately so we can address it quickly.

RESPECT FOR HOUSEMATES & NEIGHBORS

Respectful behavior toward other guests, neighbors, cleaners, maintenance personnel, and our hospitality team is required at all times.

Harassment, threatening behavior, aggressive conduct, unwanted advances, repeated disturbances, or behavior that makes another guest feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

Please remember that everyone staying here deserves privacy and the ability to comfortably enjoy their home.

CHECKOUT

Before checking out:

• Remove all personal belongings from your bedroom, bathroom, refrigerator, pantry, and designated storage areas.
• Dispose of trash appropriately.
• Remove all food and beverages belonging to you.
• Wash or place used dishes in the dishwasher.
• Leave your bedroom and bathroom in reasonably clean condition.
• Make sure all doors are secured when departing.

Items left behind may be discarded during the turnover process.
