Looking for Summer Housing in San Jose (6/12–8/16)

Hi! I’m looking for a summer sublease in San Jose from around June 12 to August 16 (dates can be slightly flexible). Open to either a 1B1B or 2B2B.
Preferably near downtown San Jose / City Hall or somewhere with convenient transportation. Quiet, clean, non-smoker, no partying, and will take good care of the place.
