The studio is fully furnished, price includes everything. In addition to standard furniture, it comes with a 45inch Smart TV (that you can use as a second screen), standing fans, multiple carpets, iron, water heater, espresso machine, and other kitchen equipment, and and other electronics.

It is within walking distance from most of campus. I prefer someone who could stay until end of Aug.
