EV Summer Sublet Available (July- early August)

I’m subletting my one bedroom in EV low-rise 2b1b from July 1st to August 9th (end date can be flexible between 8/9-8/16 if need be). You will have access to the kitchen and a spacious living room. My bedroom also has sunlight and views of greenery. Location is convenient (right next to the EVGR buildings), 5 mins walk to the Marguerite stop. I have a female roommate who is clean, organized, sociable, and great with communication. We are looking for a female subletter who is also clean and responsible.

Only the dates listed above are available. I prefer someone who can either live through the entire period or can cover the total rent for 7/1-8/9 ($2200). Extended days will be charged on a prorated daily rent.
