Room in Shared House in East Palo Alto

We have a single room for rent ($1027 per month + utilities) in a 5 bed, 3 bath off-campus house in East Palo Alto. The commute takes about 15-25 minutes by car and about 25 minutes by bike. We have a spacious backyard, fire pit, full kitchen, driveway and street parking. Current residents are all graduate students at Stanford (3M and 1F). We're looking for someone to start their lease on July 1st and to commit to a one year lease.
