Hi everyone! I’m looking for a long-term housing , one year or more is fine,beginning June 30th or July 1st.

My budget is max $1700/month, and I’m open to different living arrangements as long as the space is clean, respectful, and well-maintained. Preferably in or around Palo Alto or Menlo Park
A little about me: I’m a recent Stanford graduate and currently working professionally in the area. I’m clean, responsible, considerate, and easy to live with. I value a calm and positive home environment.
