I’m looking for a room to rent in the Palo Alto or Menlo Park area, ideally close to Stanford University, with a move-in date of June 30 or July 1. I’m hoping to find a long-term lease.

• Clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces
• Friendly, easygoing, and community-oriented
• Non-smoker
Budget: Up to $1,700/month
I’m looking for a comfortable, welcoming home with considerate housemates and would love to find a place where I can settle in for the long term.
