Seeking $3,000/mo private bedroom, Stanford couple, Palo Alto to San Jose, Jun 20 to Aug 23

Hi!

We're a Stanford couple, one in CS and one in political science, looking for a summer place from June 20 to August 23.

What we're after: a private bedroom for the two of us. We're happy to share a house or apartment with others, or take a studio or 1BR, whatever's available. We're open to anywhere from Palo Alto down to San Jose, including Menlo Park, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and on or near Stanford.

Budget: around $3,000/month, flexible for the right spot.

About us: quiet, tidy, non-smokers, no pets. When we're not working you'll usually find us on a tennis or beach volleyball court or out on a hike. We're both current Stanford students, so we're eligible for grad subleasing, and we're happy to share references, ID, and proof of enrollment. We'd take real care of your place.
