Hi, I'm looking for a clean and tidy Stanford-affiliated female subtenant from mid-June to mid-September (We can adjust the exact dates).

Fully furnished studio with a private bathroom, a bathtub, and a full kitchen. All utilities are included. Free access to washers and dryers in the building. Natural light throughout the day.

Price: Rent ($2,030 per month) + Fees charged by Housing Center ($135 in total for the summer) + security deposit ($500).
