Subletting one room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Escondido Village South for the summer to a FEMALE. The second room may or may not be occupied; if it is, it would be a female roommate.

Dates: June 11 or later – Sep 11 or earlier
Cost: $1628/month then there is a one time cleaning fee ($300) + housing technology fee ($95)

A few details on the unit:

1. Two-floor apartment with hardwood flooring
2. Fully furnished, including kitchen essentials (pots, pans, etc.) that you're welcome to use
3. Washer and dryer right next door — super convenient
4. 8-minute bike ride to California Avenue and the Caltrain station there
