Hello! The time has come for my two roommates to leave our cute little flat to pursue their own dreams and therefore I am looking for two friendly roommates to join in our cozy apartment in Menlo Park!

Available for Move In: August 1st, 2026 (this date could be flexible and allow for an earlier move-in).

Security Deposit: 1267$ (Venmo is the preferred method, which will be paid to the person leaving)

Rental Period: Ideally 1 year but will consider shorter periods on a case-by-case basis.

The House
We have two openings in our 3-bedroom apartment located in Downtown Menlo Park. Our location is ideal: we're a 5-minute walk from Santa Cruz Ave, near numerous bars and cafes and several grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Draeger’s) and 10 minutes bike from Stanford campus.
Common areas are spacious and bright - living, dining, and kitchen. We also have a nice and sunny balcony. We have a washer in the apartment and there is a coin-op laundry in the complex. Parking is included in the price of rent - one space in the carport, and one space in open apartment parking lot. We also have a small storage area in the garage, if needed. No pets allowed per the lease.

Room N#01:
Rent: $1610 + utilities (Water is included in rent price. Internet; power; heating approx. $40/month in summer and around double during winter, depending on heater use).
This master bedroom is very spacious (the largest in the apartment) and comes with its own attached private bathroom. It is rented unfurnished, in accordance with the terms of the lease.

Room N#02:
Rent: $1390 + utilities (Water is included in rent price. Internet; power; heating approx. $40/month in summer and around double during winter, depending on heater use).
This room is spacious, with plenty of storage and light. It comes unfurnished as per lease terms. However, we are offering the option to purchase the existing furniture, providing a hassle-free and convenient way to furnish your new room. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
