Rent is ~$1590 per month, and utilities are ~$100-150 per month depending on the season and AC/heat use

Unit comes with two parking spots. There is extra parking open to anyone in the complex too, and spots are typically always available
Friendly and unproblematic cats okay, no dogs (I'm allergic)
