Looking for third roommate in Palo Alto apartment

Hi! We are both female recent Stanford grads, and are looking for a third roommate to sign a lease for this apartment. Pictures are attached to this post.

Details about the apartment:
Located on Alma Street near Cal Ave caltrain station, super convenient to commute to campus. It is a 3br, 1ba apartment; per person rent would be around 1332/month. I have to leave the dorms on June 15 so lease will likely start then, but we are flexible with start date.
