Summer Sublet in beautiful co-op close to campus

Hi! I have a room available in a co-op on Homer Ave and Middlefield (about 15 min bike ride or 10 min drive from campus) for $1300/month flexibly between June 15 and Sept 1.

A little bit about the house -- Eyja is a cooperative home in downtown Palo Alto. We are one of the first homes ever built in Palo Alto - a beautiful, historic house with a lot of character. We're a short walk from Whole Foods and University Ave, and a quick bike ride from Stanford's campus, the Caltrain, and Trader Joe's.

We're (currently) a community of 8 people (and a cat) who value diversity, environmentalism, and inclusivity. We share meals, chores, and outdoor spaces together. Here's some info about house responsibilities:
-Teams of 2 cook vegetarian meals for the house 4 nights a week (each resident once/week) and clean the kitchen after dinner.
-About 3 hours/month of house chores relevant to the whole house (sorting mail, taking out trash, cleaning the kitchen, etc.)
-House meetings once a month
-$300/month community fee which covers all groceries, utilities, wifi, and house expenses

It's a great way to build community in the area and live quite inexpensively in a beautiful neighborhood area. Let me know if you'd be interested and you can come by for dinner to meet the house! Happy to share other pictures if desired.
