I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2B2B apartment in College Terrace, with a move-in date around June 26th onward. I recently renewed the lease for the next year (until June 30, 2027), but I am moving to an on-campus Stanford residence for personal reasons. Your share of rent is $2,150 per month (water, trash is included) and there is a one-month security deposit.
