Master bedroom in a 2B2B apartment near Campus [move in around August 1st]

Hi all,

My roommate is leaving Stanford, so I am looking for a new one, whose potential move-in date is around August for a long-term stay. The apartment is in an excellent location with community park, grocery, downtown restaurants within walking distance. Approximately 6 mins to Stanford Medicine by bike. I'm confident the lease we have is a good deal in the current market. The apartment has a full kitchen, a large living room, a balcony, and the complex has on-site washers and dryers. Monthly utility varies from 100-150 on each share depending on the seasons.

About me:
I am a postdoc at Stanford in my early 30s male, Chinese, easygoing, respectful,and alway keep our home clean. During the off-work time I'd like to do a lot of outdoor sports, gym, and watch some videos and just chill at home. I hope to find someone who is also respectful and responsible.
