One room available in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Menlo Park starting July 1st!

I'm looking for a roommate to take over my roommate's lease on July 1. The lease is month-to-month, but I'm looking for someone who can stay at least 9 months. I've lived here for a year and I've really enjoyed it!

Apartment details:
• Rent: $1,400 + utilities
• Security deposit: $1,350
• Lease: Month-to-month
• Location: 12–15 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride to Stanford campus
• Grocery stores nearby: Trader Joe’s and Safeway
• Shared laundry onsite
• I will have a lot but not all apartment furnishings and kitchen utensils which you are welcome to use. My departing roommate is taking the couch.

About room
• Room is unfurnished
• Don't know square footage, but it's decently sized with a fairly large closet (see photo)

About the current roommate, Hannah (26F, Stanford alum):
• Quiet, respectful, pretty clean
• I work in Palo Alto (sometimes in person, sometimes from home)
• I do most of my socializing outside the apartment
• I may relocate to San Francisco in September

Searching for a roommate who is:
• Quiet, respectful, pretty clean :)
• A female roommate is preferred
• Apartment complex has families and young people. It tends to be quiet. For people who are looking to host or socialize a lot in their apartment, this is probably not the right space for you.

Parking
• There is parking lot parking which sometimes gets full, street parking, and we have 1 parking spot assigned to our unit.
