Summer Sublet in Menlo Park (June 17 – August 21)

I'm a graduating GSB student subletting my furnished bedroom in a seven-bed house in Menlo Park for $1,600/month ($3,500 total). The house features two massive living rooms, an open-concept kitchen, a second kitchen upstairs, a large backyard, and plenty of parking. The house is a <3 minute drive from the Redwood City Stanford gym.

There will be 5-6 GSB students (all male, ~28-30 Y.O.) who will be living in the house over this time. Prioritizing those who can take the full term of the sub-let and are clean, respectful, and can provide references.
