Need a 3br house or apartment

Hello!

We're coming to Stanford for the academic year and need to rent a house / duplex / apartment / condo that fits all of us. We'd be delighted with Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Carlos, etc – ideally near Caltrain.

Who we are:

-Me: newsroom technology manager before coming to Stanford for a fellowship.
-My partner: professional researcher
-Our child: 4 years old
-My dad: retired academic, no mobility needs etc

We're responsible, have great credit, and own our own home on the east coast. We will take care of yours.

We need:

-3 bedrooms
-2 bathrooms
-Space for 2 cars
