Visiting Male Undergrad: 3-Month Summer Internship starting June 26 (Budget up to $1300, flexible)

Hi,

I am a male physics undergraduate arriving on June 26th for a 3-month summer research internship at a Stanford campus lab. I am looking for a room within biking distance to campus.

My budget is up to $1,300/month, but I am entirely open to negotiating that number depending on whether utilities, internet, or other fees are included.

My lab schedule will be quite demanding, so I will be out of the house for most of the day. I maintain a very quiet, ultra-clean, and low-impact lifestyle—I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or host parties and guests. I am simply looking for a respectful, calm environment to rest in between lab shifts.
