Beautiful trail to walk to TJs instead as well. 20-minute bike ride or 20-minute bus to the Mountain View Shopping Plaza with Walmart/TJs/Safeway 8 min bike ride to Stanford. 8-minute walk to the Cal Ave train station The area is incredibly safe — people are always around with their families, and Cal Ave is lively! There’s also a small park right in front of us and a Chipotle down the street. Cost: Rent: $1650 per month per month until August 15th, then $1550 per month onwards Deposit: $1650 Utilities + Wifi usually come to around $40/month each Housemates: 2 other girls— one is a Stanford Alum in her mid-20s working in tech, and the other is a Berkeley grad doing Tech policy research at Stanford!
